Step 1: Log Into Your Squarespace Account

The first step in changing your domain name is logging into the system that hosts it for you. This can be done by logging into www.Squarespace.com.

Step 2: Go To Your Settings

Click on settings and then go to your domains.

Step 3: Switch Your New Domain To Primary

Select your new domain and click primary to make your new domain your primary domain.

Step 4: Save Changes

Once you have done that, save your changes.

Your new domain is now your primary, and your previous domain is secondary.
